Built for regulated industries, critical assets, and zero-tolerance safety
Stay audit-ready with built-in compliance controls for OSHA, ISO 55000, and industry-specific regulations. Every action is logged, every permit is tracked, and every risk is documented.
Safety controls
Nobody starts work the site has not cleared
Hazardous work runs under a permit that follows your procedure: hot work, confined space, working at height, electrical isolation, each with the checks and sign-offs it requires. A permit cannot be issued with a step skipped.
Risk assessments and hazard identification are recorded against the asset and the location, with the controls that mitigate each hazard. Where a job needs lockout/tagout, the isolation points are listed and confirmed before the work order can begin.
Incidents and near-misses are logged as they happen, linked to the asset, the job and the people involved, so the investigation starts from a record rather than a recollection.
Access & identity
The right people, and only them
Sign-in runs on OpenID Connect through a dedicated identity service, with multi-factor authentication available to every account and enforceable per organization. Single sign-on with your own identity provider is supported.
Role-based access control decides what each person can see and do — operators raise requests, technicians execute, supervisors approve, managers report — and organizations are isolated from one another entirely.
Audit & reporting
Every action, on the record
Every change to a work order, permit, asset or part is kept with who made it and when. The audit trail is not a log to be searched; it is the history shown on the record itself.
Compliance reporting draws on that history: permits issued and closed, inspections due and done, incidents and their follow-up, maintenance completed against plan. Asset and failure data is classified to ISO 14224, and maintenance management follows ISO 55000, so reports speak the language your auditors expect.
